摘    要:研究了升温过程中导电硅橡胶电阻特性的变化 ,发现升温过程中电阻的变化分为两个过程 :升温过程和恒温过程。测量了在不同热处理温度下电阻率的变化及加 2 0 g拉力时电阻的弛豫时间。分析了温度对电阻特性影响的机理。

Abstract:In this paper,the resistance change of the conductive silicone rubber in the process of rising temperature was studied.We found that the resistance change in the process of rising temperature was divided into two parts of the rising temperature process and the constant process.The resistivity change in different anneal temperature and the resistance relaxation time with 20g pulling force were measured,and the mechanism of the influence of temperature on the resistance properties was analyzed.
