硅橡胶的低温性能

摘    要:综述了硅橡胶的低温性能,包括玻璃化转变过程,结晶过程和低温力学性能。改善硅橡胶低温性能的主要手段是通过共聚改性在聚二甲基硅氧烷分子链上引入其它大体积基团。适合的改性链节既可调节硅橡胶的玻璃化温度,也可有效抑制结晶过程,提高硅橡胶的低温弹性。

Abstract:Low temperature properties,including the glass transition and crystallization processes and their effects on the low temperature mechanical properties,of silicone rubbers were reviewed.The effect way to improve the cold resistance of silicone rubber was modifying polydimethysiloxane (PDMS) with more bulky siloxane units for suppression of crystallization.The glass transition temperature of silicone rubbers could also be controlled.Other factors relating to cold resistance such as incorporation and vulcanization were dliscussed.
