摘    要:通过对YCZA30缸盖顶面气孔缺陷的成因进行分析,针对性地制定了防止措施。使用发气量小的芯砂,防止整体浸涂过程中堵塞排气通道,以及使用砂芯替代铸型形成铸出孔的工艺,能有效地解决缸盖类铸件的顶面气孔问题。

Abstract:The reason causing blowhohe defect on the top surface of A30 cylinder head was analysed, and preventing pertinence measures were set down. The blowhohe defect on the top surface of cylinder head casting can be solved effectively by the process using core sand with low gas evolution, preventing exhausting channel from being jammed during holistic soaking and spreading, and replacing casting mold by sand core to form core hole.
