悬架系统的控制策略及仿真分析

摘    要:运用随机线性最优控制理论和PID控制策略,在悬架系统的控制过程中,建立悬架系统的模型,道路模型分别以轮胎动态位移、悬架动行程和车身加速度为控制目标实施控制,通过仿真分析,发现所设计的最优主动悬架显著地降低了车身的垂向振动加速度,提高了车辆乘坐的舒适性。

Abstract:In this thesis,using stochastic linear optimal control theory and PID control strategy for the control process of suspension system,the model of suspension system and the model of road surface are established. Dynamic displacement of the tire,suspension travel and body acceleration are applied as the control objectives. Through simulation analysis,we find that the optimal active suspension significantly reduces the vertical vibration acceleration of the car body,thus increases riding comfort ability of vehicles.
