| 摘 要： | 番禺新平台投产前,将连通在用海管与新平台软管。连通后,在用海管输送的原油将进入低温软管,但温降将造成流动原油析蜡、凝固,堵塞海管。为保证新平台正常投产,采用多功能清洗剂充填海管内部空间,防止堵塞物的产生和生产时清除有机阻塞物,确保安全生产。

| Abstract: | Before putting into production for the Panyu new platform,new hose will be connected with old subsea pipeline.After connection,the crude oil from old subsea pipeline will enter the hose,because of tempera- ture reduction,which causes wax precipitation and solidification,even clogging hose.In order to ensure the nor- mal production of the new platform,prevent the formation of blockages,and remove organic obstruction,the multi-function detergent will be filling into hose internal space before connection. |
