摘    要:开发了多功能、便携式和高性能的布雷控制系统故障检测系统.检测系统由上位机和下位机两部分组成.上位机由工控机、触摸屏、液晶屏和接口电路等组成,主要完成故障诊断处理过程、故障原因和故障排除方法等的显示任务.下位机负责电控系统故障信号的调理、采集和信号连接等功能.主要由大容量信号接口电路、信号调理电路、信号采集电路和串口信号转换与通信电路等组成,其核心是双CPLD数据采集板.检测仪的软件也分为两部分,上位机软件由LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件平台开发,完成故障诊断信号的显示与人机交互等任务.下位机软件由VHDL开发,主要是驱动CPLD电路、数据采集和串口转换与传输等的运行.

Fault Testing Device of Electrical Control System Based on CPLD and LabVIEW

Abstract:The fault testing device for fire con- trol system with diversified functions,easier porta- bility and better performance is designed and devel- oped. The main work is as follows. The hardware platform of fault testing device consists of upper computer and lower computer. And the upper com- puter undertakes the display of diagnosis process, fault causes and troubleshooting results. It is main- ly composed of industrial processing computer (IPC) ,touch screen,LCD and other peripheral in- terface. The lower computer is responsible for theacquisition, conditioning and connection of the elec- trical control signals. It contains two CPLD chips, signal conditioning circuit, serial interface as well as input interfaces for large amount of electrical control signals of the fire control system. In addi- tion, the fault testing software application imple- ments the display of diagnosis process, fault causes and troubleshooting results. It is developed by vir- tual instrumentation software platform LabVIEW.
