| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了利用莱卡纤维的多种生产方式开发弹力精纺毛织物,从莱卡丝的选用、纺制方式、牵伸倍数以及捻度的选择等方面作了介绍.着重介绍了如何计算纱线纺出支数和含量、纺纱工艺流程以及纺纱生产的技术要点.同时对织物的组织、纬向弹性的选择、织物的紧度、织造过程中的纬向张力和开口时间以及后整理的工艺流程和技术要点作了介绍,强调了整理过程中热定形的重要性.并且分别从各种类型的莱卡纺纱方式、不同原料的配比、不同组织、不同风格等方面列举了产品实例.

| Abstract: | The article introduces three kinds of production with lycra to develope elastic worsted woolen fabric.It mainly analys lycry yarn's count and contents,process.It also introduces design,weft elasticity,spinning,weaving,finishing and others.At the same time,the paper cites some examples about spinning and product design. |
