一种感应加热电源的设计

摘    要:感应加热电源在金属熔炼、铸造、锻造、透热、淬火、弯管、烧结、表面热处理、铜焊以及晶体生长等行业得到了广泛的应用。同时,由于感应加热电源的加热特点,超音频、大功率是感应加热电源领域研究的重点之一。详细介绍了所设计的感应加热电源,给出了实现的方法和实验电路,并对此方法进行了仿真。实验和仿真结果表明该设计方案具有一定的可行性。

Abstract:Mid-fequency high-power induction heater is applied widely in industry, such as refining, casting, forging, diathermy, quenching, winding -pipe, sintering, heat treatment, brazing and crystal growthing. Meanwhile, with the special heating characteristics, researching and developing the induction heater, which can operate above sonic frequency and high power, becomes the one of the focus of research work in this field. The designed induction heater is introduced, and supplies methods and experimental circuits, and carries through simulation to this circuit. Experiment and simulation indicate that this scheme is feasible.
