筛板萃取塔塔板效率的研究

摘    要:在塔径为0.05m的筛板萃取塔中,用工业生产中的实际体系(8.8%的NaOH-硫醇-汽油)研究了塔板效率随板间距和两相流速的变化规律,并对试验数据进行回归处理,得到了计算塔板效率的经验关联式。其计算值与实测值较吻合。解决了生产中的“泛塔”操作,也提高了萃取效率。


Investigation of Tray Efficiency in Sieve-tray Extraction Column
Abstract:The effect of plate spacing and phase flow rate on tray efficiency in sievetray extraction column was investigated. The system studied was 8.8% NaOH-mercaptan-gasoline, mercaptan being continuously extracted from the gasoline by the dispersed caustic solution. Experimental results indicated the tray efficiency was dependent on the superficial velocity of continuous phase and dispersed phaes, and was markedly increased with plate spacing.
