广西某钨锡多金属矿铜锌硫化矿分选的研究

摘    要:从广西某重选钨锡粗精矿浮选脱除的硫化矿中回收铜和锌,针对矿样性质,先磨矿脱药,再采用先铜后锌的优先浮选工艺回收锌。在选铜作业中,采用石灰和ZnSO4作抑制剂,Dy+丁铵黑药作捕收剂;在选锌作业中,采用硫酸铜作活化剂,石灰和水玻璃作抑制剂,丁黄药作捕收剂。在给矿铜锌品位分别为1.42%,2.78%时,可获得铜精矿铜品位23.85%、铜回收率90.02%,锌精矿锌品位45.02%、锌回收率85.18%的指标。

Abstract:In the view of the sample properties of sulfide ore removed from tungsten-tin rough concentrate obtained by gravity concentration,first the ore sample was grinded and the medicine covering their surface taked off,then the first copper after zinc flotation process was used to recover copper and zinc. lime and ZnSO4 were used as the depressant,and Dy and (C4H9O)2PSSNH4 as the collector in copper concentrate. CuSO4 was used as activator,and lime as the depressant,and butyl xanthate as the collector in zinc concentrate. When the feed grade was 1.42%Cu and 2.78%Zn,a Cu concentrate with grade 23.85% and recovery rate 90.02%,and a Zn concentrate with grade 45.02% and recovery rate 85.18% were obtained.
