摘    要:本文介绍了南方电网2004年安稳控制系统针对直流故障控制策略制定过程中考虑的部分问题,包括直流组合故障的防御策略、南方电网频率特性、贵州电网切机顺序、广东电网切负荷地点的影响、快关汽门对南方电网的适应性、现有失步解列装置的适应性、快速解列装置的适应性等等。

Abstract:In this paper, the author introduces some issues taken into account in establishing HV DC fault control policies for the 2004 Safety-stabilization Control System of China South Power Grid (CSG), such as recovery measures of HV DC combinational fault, frequency characteristic of CSG, tripping sequence of generators in Guizhou network, impact of load shedding location in Guangdong network, adaptability of stream turbine fast-cut-valve to CSG, adaptability of available failure-synchronization separate-device and the fast separate-device etc.
