煤气化污水酚氨回收技术进展、流程优化及应用

摘    要:介绍了国内煤气化污水酚氨回收的3种化工处理流程:(1)脱酸、再萃取脱酚、而后脱氨及溶剂回收工艺;(2)脱酸脱氨后、萃取脱酚及溶剂回收工艺;(3)酸化后萃取脱酚、再脱酸脱氨及溶剂回收工艺。并对这3种工艺流程进行了分析对比,前两种工艺流程已有大量工业实例,第3种工艺仍停留在研发阶段。工艺过程换热网络优化与集成、新型萃取剂的开发是今后煤气化污水技术的研发重点。

Abstract:Three wastewater treatment processes were compared and reasonable suggestions were put forward in the paper. Chemical processes for treating coal-gasification wastewater in China were introduced in different sequences such as acid removing followed by phenol solvent extraction and then solvent recycling and ammonia removing; simultaneous removing of acid gas and ammonia followed by phenol solvent extraction and then solvent recycling; wastewater absorbing acid gas followed by phenol solvent extraction and then simultaneous removing of acid gas and ammonia. The process of simultaneous acid stripping and ammonia removal followed by solvent extraction of phenols had been commercialized.
