提高焦炭热强度稳定率的方法

摘    要:结合韶关钢铁集团有限公司的生产实际情况,分析了影响焦炭热强度稳定率的主要因素,介绍了提高焦炭热强度稳定率的主要方法。热强度σn-1系数与焦炭热强度稳定率呈负相关,σn-1系数降低,则焦炭热强度稳定率提高。实践结果表明,在配煤炼焦过程中,通过完善配煤管理制度、稳定精煤质量、降低环境影响和规范配煤操作等措施,使σn-1系数从2011年的3.26降至2012年的2.27。

Abstract:According to the concrete conditions of the Shaoguan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd., the main factors affecting the stability rate of the coke's thermal strength were analyzed and the important methods for improving the stability rate of the coke's thermal strength was introduced. There was a negative correlation between the coefficient of σn-1 and the stability rate of the thermal strength of the coke, i.e. if the coefficient of σn-1 decreased, the stability rate of the thermal strength of the coke increased. Studies indicated that the coefficient of σn-1 decreased from 3.26 in 2011 to 2.27 in 2012 by improving the coal control system, stabilizing the clean coal quality, reducing the environmental impact and standardizing the blending operation procedures.
