地面气象观测站场室防雷改造

摘    要:通过对江西省地面气象观测站场室防雷现状进行分析,找出雷电侵入观测站场室的主要途径和雷击造成自动气象站及其他场内设备损坏的主要原因。提出通过在采集器前端加入信号级浪涌保护器、系统供电部分完善三级SPD防护、自动站信号和电源线缆通过地沟桥架进行屏蔽敷设、避雷针维护改造、场室接地改造等具体措施,使观测站场室防雷系统性能得到完善和加强,避免出现因雷击造成自动气象站观测及其他业务中断带来的不利影响。

Abstract:According to the present status of lightning protection on observation room in Jiangxi surface meteorological observation station, this paper finds out the main approach of the lightning invading observation room and puts forward the main reason that caused the damage of automatic weather station and other field equipments by lightning stroke. The performance of lightning protection system for observation room is improved and strengthened by the following measures such as adding signal level surge protective devices(SPD) in front of the collector, equipping three level SPD to the power supply system,guarding and shielding the signal and power cable of automatic weather station by metal crane span structure, maintaining and reforming the lightning rod and grounding the observation room. The interruption of the observation and operation of automatic weather station caused by lightning stroke is avoided.
