新疆煤基中孔活性炭的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘    要:采用新疆水西沟煤制备中孔活性炭,通过实验考察了加入添加剂和使用空气预氧化法对煤基中孔活性炭的影响。实验结果表明,加入添加剂和使用空气预氧化法,均有利于提高活性炭的比表面积:添加尿素和硝酸镍制得的活性炭的比表面积分别提高了70%和86%;使用空气预氧化法制得的活性炭的比表面积提高了123%;添加硝酸铵和硝酸铁有利于活性炭中孔的形成,制得的活性炭的中孔率分别可达99.82%和96.62%,其亚甲基蓝吸附值分别达到150.79 mg/g和150.08 mg/g。

Abstract:The impact of introducing additives and applying air pre-oxidation on the mesoporous activated carbon from the Xinjiang Shuixigou coal was inspected through experiments. The results indicated that the two methods were both beneficial to improving the specific surface area of the activated carbon. The specific surface area of the activated carbon produced through introducing urea and nickel nitrate increased by 70% and 86%, respectively, and that through applying the air pre-oxidation method increased by 123%. The experiment showed that the addition of ammonium nitrate and iron nitrate respectively was helpful to mesopore formation, and the mesopore ratio therefrom could be up to 99.82% and 96.62%, respectively, and their adsorption value of methylene blue could reach 150.79 mg/g and 150.08 mg/g, respectively.
