摘    要:研制了一种新型铸态贝氏体钢农机耙片,以代替原65Mn钢及传统生产工艺,研究表明:耙片在土壤砂石中的磨损属于低应力冲击磨粒磨损,而新研制的铸态贝氏体钢的硬度、韧性和抗磨性都明显优于热处理后的65Mn钢。

Abstract:A kind of new harrow disk made up of as -cast bainitic steel is studied and produced to replace the 65Mn steel and the traditional manufacturing craftwork. The research indicates that the wear of disk is the Low-Pull impacting grit wear in the soil. But the new as-cast bainitic steel has many characteristics such as greater hardness and tenacity, so the wear resistance of the new bainitic steel is better than the 65Mn steel that has been heat treated.
