汽车电动助力转向系统硬件设计

摘    要:介绍了电动助力转向(EPAS)系统的构成与工作机理,给出了基于80C552的电动助力转向系统的硬件总体框架介绍,并重点介绍了电动助力转向系统的电动机功率驱动电路和保护电路的设计,对所设计硬件系统的台架实验情况进行了介绍与分析。最后展望了电动助力转向系统设计的发展趋势。

Abstract:The constituents and its operational mechanism of electric power assisted steering system are introduced shortly, and its hardware framework based on the 80C552 is presented on the whole, then the power driver circuit of direct current motor, the main component of the electric power assisted steering system, and circuit to protect the motor are discussed in detail, the experiment on the system is introduced and analyzed. Finally the development tendency of the electric power assisted steering system design is expected.
