摘    要:重点评述了该技术研究的若干基础理论(如流变力学模型、变形机理、细晶强化机制)和关键技术(如预成形优化设计、临界控制变形、高效润滑),并介绍了该技术国内外取得的研究成果,同时探析了该技术的发展方向,以提高我国镁合金等温成形技术的研发水平。

Abstract:The isothermal forming of magnesium alloy, which is deemed as green processing technology of great potentiality, is applied widely on industrial production and scientific research of ordnance industry, aviation industry, astronavigation in dustry, and automotive industry. The basic theories, including flow stress model, deformation mechanism, fine-grained strengthening mechanism, and the key technologies, including preforming optimization design, critical control deformation, ef ficient lubricantion, of isothermal forming of magnesium alloy, are commented emphatically. The research findings of this technology are introduced, and the developing direction is expounded, aiming to improve study and widen the field of application.
