摘    要:行星齿轮架产品结构复杂,其凸台部分比较典型,它形状较高而且很窄,在锻造过程中金属极容易不满模,非加工面又比较多,给锻造工艺带来了较大的难度。通过对行星齿轮架进行了结构分析,锻造难.最分析和打击力的计算,设计出了行星齿轮架的工艺流程,介绍了行星齿轮架锻造工艺方案和模具设计。

Abstract:Because of the complex structure of the planetary gear carrier,especially its convex bricks which are high and narrow,metal cannot fill to the whole cavity sometimes. Besides, there are several non-machining planes on the forging. It is difficult to forge such products. By analysis of structure and forging difficulties the forging process scheme and die design for the planetary gear carrier are put forward.
