摘    要:针对可再生能源电厂的计划投产需求,提出了一种考虑计划性可再生能源电厂的电源优化规划方法。该方法通过变量代换,将计划性可再生能源电厂和常规电厂包含于统一的电源优化规划模型中,对所有待选电厂的投产方案进行同步优化。设计了一个包含风电、光伏、水电等多种可再生能源电厂的算例来验证该方法的有效性。算例结果表明,该方法能够在满足投产计划要求的前提下,求得电源优化规划方案,扩展了电源规划模型的应用范围。

Abstract:An optimization method incorporating renewable energy sources (RES) with appointed commission schedules in generation expansion planning (GEP) is proposed in this paper.Both RES with appointed commission schedules and traditional power sources are incorporated in the GEP optimization model by variable substitution, and the commission plan of all candidate power plants are optimized synchronously.An example containing wind, photovoltaic and hydro power plants is established to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.It is shown that this method is able to obtain the optimal GEP solution while satisfying the planning requirements of scheduled RES.It is also proved that this method extends the usage horizon of GEP.
