| 摘 要： | 提出了用计算机控制的唛头激光字模机方案，该字模机包括CO2气体激光器、连续气体激光器电源、光学扫描系统和计算机控制系统。该方案可以实现字模板工作彻底摆脱手工劳动，实现自动化。

| Abstract: | A laser printer system controlled by a computer for marking on steel plates is developed, which can liberate from manual labour. This system consists of a CO2 laser machine, an optical scanning system, a computer controlling system and a cooling system. A laser beam from the laser machine is controlled by the optical scanning machine and the words from the beam should be the same as the words from the computer. A rat-cage industrial controlling system is used in this laser printer to control the work of the hardware and the alarming device. This controlling system can record, process, transfer and consult product data through a network, and reports the time in case of a breakdown or a temporary stop in the production. |
