| 摘 要： | 兵器发展经历了冷兵器、热兵器和高技术兵器3个时期。伴随着兵器的发展，质量民可靠性工程技术及其管理模式也在不断地更新，尤其是在高技术兵器时期。通过对国内外大量相关的最新资料的分析，提出了高技术兵器时期的16个热点问题。
