一种超薄挠性印制电路用运载膜的研究

摘    要:文章采用丙烯酸酯压敏胶的粘接原理,调整产品的初粘性和持粘性范围,并采用外交联和内交联相结合固化方式提高产品的耐酸碱和药水的侵蚀能力。并对主要单体、交联单体、固化促进剂、后处理的温度和时间进行了讨论,最终成功开发出了一种可以实际应用的FPC运载膜,为FPC厂家提供了一种成本低,性能好,使用方便的新型辅材。

Abstract:The bond mechanism of acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive was used on the adjustment scope ofinitial and continuous adhesion.The acid alkali-resistance and solvent resistance were improved by Combinating outer and inner crosslinking curing way.The main monemers,crosslinking monemers,Curing Accelerants,Posttreatment temperature and time were discussed.A caryying film of FPC in Practical Application was developed successfully and was used as Novel auxiliary materials with low cost,good property and usableness...
