非接触式超声传感焊缝跟踪研究

摘    要:通过声、电匹配技术使非接触式超声传感器的灵敏度由3.3%提高到26%,从而首次实现了双棱边非接触式超声传感焊缝自动跟踪。设计了聚焦透镜,使声束焦点直径达到了0.5mm,并通过软、硬件技术使超声传感焊缝横向跟踪精度达到0.5mm。

Abstract:The sensitivity of contactless ultrasonic sensor is improved from 3.3% to26% through acoustic, electric matching technique. Along {wo crest lines auto seam tra-cking is firstly realized with contactless ultrasonic sensing. The focused acoustic lens isdesigned with the best of care, the diameter with 0.5mm of sonic beam is achieved,Through software and hardware technique the horizontal precision of seam tracking withultrasonic sensing is to 0.5mm and the vertical precision of that is to 0.2mm.
