空调用环形热管换热器的实验研究

摘    要:以R22为工质,对环形热管换热器在不同充液率和风量下的换热性能进行了实验研究,研究结果表明环形热管换热器在实验条件下的最佳充液率在70%左右,当充液率一定时,环形热管换热器的换热量随着风量的增加而增加,但换热量增加的效果随着风量的增加而逐渐减小。

Abstract:Taking R22 as working fluid of loop heat-pipe,the paper experimentally investigated the heat transfer performance of loop heat-pipe used for air conditioning under different filling rates and airflow rates.Study results show that the optimum filling rate of working fluid is around 70% for the experimental conditions.The heat transfer quantity of loop heat-pipe increases with airflow rate,but the effect of airflow rate on heat transfer quantity decreases with the increase of airflow rate.
