柠檬酸氧钒配合物改性SBA-15对苯乙烯催化氧化的研究

摘    要:以柠檬酸酸化的偏钒酸铵为金属活性组分的前驱体,采用浸渍法和水热合成法制备催化剂V-SBA-15,用XRD、N2吸附-脱附法、FT-IR等手段表征合成的样品。结果表明,采用浸渍法和水热合成法制备的V-SBA-15均保持介孔分子筛的六方孔道结构,钒氧化物在SBA-15分散均匀。将样品用于苯乙烯氧化制苯甲醛反应,在优化条件下苯乙烯转化率可达76.3%,苯甲醛选择性为86.7%。

Abstract:Vanadium complexes modified mesoporous molecular catalysts were prepared by impregnation and hydrothermal method respectively, and then characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption(BET) and FT-IR techniques. The results show that both the catalyst samples with impregnation and hydrothermal methods kept mesoporous structure well and vanadium oxide were dispersed uniformly in mesoporous materials. The catalytic performance was evaluated by the oxidation styrene to benzaldehyde, and found that the conversion can reach 76. 3%, and selectively to benzaldehyde is 86. 7%o under optimum condition.
