摘    要:近年突发重大环境污染事件频繁发生,设计开发了一个突发环境污染事件应急平台,并在典型区域进行了示范应用。该平台以环境安全技术和信息技术为基础,以应急管理技术为指导,可实现环境风险分析识别、环境风险源及风险企业日常管理、风险监测监控、重大环境污染事件的模拟预警、动态决策、综合协调与总结评估等功能。

Abstract:According to the frequent occurrence of sudden environmental pollution incidents in recent years,an emergency platform is designed and developed,and put into a demonstrational application in a typical area.The platform is based on the environmental safety technology,information technology,and emergency management techniques.The platform enables a variety of functions,such as analyzing and identifying environmental risk resources,daily management,monitoring and control,simulation and early warning,dynamic decision-making,comprehensive coordination,assessment of accident and so on.
