摘    要:文章针对重油催化裂化装置再生器露点应力腐蚀裂纹问题,归纳了裂纹分布规律(裂纹主要分布在环焊缝上;一种为纵裂纹,数量少,长度长;一种为横裂纹,数量多,长度短),并简要分析了焊接残余拉应力对裂纹分布规律的影响。

Abstract:This article presents the regulation of stress crack distribution(the cracks mainly distribute on round weld joints,one crack is a vertical crack which has less quantity but long crack; one is horizontal crack which has more quantity and short crack.) against the dew point stress corrosion crack problems of the national residue catalytic cracking regenerator;and analyzes the influence of remaining tensile stress on the regulation of crack distribution.
