新型城镇化下的旧城改造——以郑州市内环地区城市设计为例

国家新型城镇化战略的出台，将对城镇化的发展方式和城市规划的发展思路产生转折性的变化。城市发展必须由原来扩张性的外延增长为主向内涵式的存量改造为主的方向转变。文章以郑州市内环地区城市设计为例，探讨了当下特大城市的旧城改造应该从哪些方面入手，迎合新型城镇化的国家战略，从而更有效的解决我国大城市发展过程中一系列的城市问题。

Reconstruction of Old city under the Circumstance of New-type Urbanization--A Case Study on Urban Design for the Ring Road District of Zhengzhou

The development of urbanization and the development of urban planning ideas will be turning point of change,when the new type of urbanization strategy of the state come on. Urban development must be by original expansionary epitaxial growth mainly to the connotation of stock reform direction. Based on inner ring region of Zhengzhou city urban design as an example, discusses the megacities of the old city transformation should be from what aspects, to cater to the new type of urbanization strategy, thus more effective to solve a series of urban problems in the process of city development in our country.
