摘    要:T型接头被广泛应用于低温共烧陶瓷Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC)集成电路系统中,其不连续性结构会引入传输损耗,传统的分析方法没有考虑这部分损耗,导致电路分析结果不够准确。针对这个问题,提出了一种新颖的非对称带状传输线T型接头等效电路分析方法。将已获得的微带开路线不连续性等效电路模型及理论移植到非对称带状传输线中,获得了T型接头的等效电路模型,运用传输线基本理论推导出了T型接头的散射参数计算公式,经实例验证,运用等效电路分析法和IE3D软件仿真所得的散射参数吻合良好,且平均误差小于3%。

Abstract:T-junctions are widely used in low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC)integrated circuit system,and the structure of the discontinuity may introduce transmission loss,and the traditional analytical method does not consider this kind of loss,which results in inaccurate circuit analysis results.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a novel equivalent circuit analytical method of T-junctions for asymmetric striplines.The obtained open circuit discontinuity equivalent circuit model and theory of microstrip lines are transplanted to asymmetric striplines.The equivalent circuit model of T-junctions is obtained,and the formula of scattering parameters of T-junctions is deduced by using basic transmission line theory.The practical example show that the results of equivalent circuit analytical method obtained in this paper are in good agreement with simulation software IE3D results,and the average error of scattering parameters is less than 3%.
