卫星动中通视频传输可用性

摘    要:随着卫星移动通信速率的不断提升,视频已成为主要业务类型,视频服务质量越来越受到重视。为了减少卫星移动通信中出现的视频卡顿现象、改善用户体验,进行动中通视频传输可用性研究。首先对固定卫星通信系统动中通信道的多普勒频移、多径衰落及阴影效应等主要特性进行了分析,提出了分层传输解决方案,降低信道特性对动中通车载站接收图像质量的影响程度。经试验验证,提高了视频传输的可用性。

Abstract:With the improvement of mobile satellite transmission rate,the video has become the main type of service and earns more attention on its service quality.In order to decrease unnaturally video choppies,and improve user experiences,this research focuses on the digital video transmission in Satellite On-the-Move(SOTM)communication systems.This paper analyzes the interference factors like Doppler shift,multipath fading,and shadow effect in SOTM systems,and proposes a layered transmission solution to decrease the influence of channel characteristics on the quality of images received at on-the-move communication vehicular station.The experiment results show that this solution can improve the availability of video transmission.
