卫星信号控守指挥调度系统设计与实现

摘    要:为实现卫星信号的自动化控守,提出了卫星信号控守指挥调度系统的总体设计思路。基于B/S开发模式、Web Service和简单网管协议(SNMP)等技术设计面向服务的系统架构,以及基于服务化可扩展的软件平台,形成基于可重构架构的开放式卫星分析验证平台,可实现信号分析验证平台指挥调度、状态监控、业务数据流模板的创建和实体部署、报文数据的综合管理等功能。应用结果表明,该系统能够统一对各站点中的设备、服务器和软件模块等被管对象进行配置、监视以及异常告警。同时,用户可按需增加新的设备和软件模块,灵活地增删其可显示和配置的参数,并完成卫星信号控守系统业务逻辑的生成、部署和结果存储,流程的加载、启动和停止以及控守结果的保存。

Abstract:In order to realize automatic control of satellite signal,a design idea of satellite signal control and dispatching system is proposed.Based on B/S mode,WebService,SNMP,etc.,the service-oriented framework and the software platform based on extensible services are designed to form the open satellite analysis verification platform based on reconfigurable framework,which can implement such functions as command and dispatch,statement monitoring,business data flow template creation,entity deployment,and comprehensive management of message data.The application results show that this system can configure and monitor devices,servers and software modules in different sites,and send out alarm for abnormal state,support the generation,deployment and result storage of the business logic of satellite signal control system,flow functions such as loading,starting and stopping processes and the storage of control results,and users can add new equipment and software modules according to their requirements,add and delete their configurable parameters.
