摘    要:目前红外感应传感器容易受到热源、热气流的干扰,尤其在室外高温环境下,误报现象时有发生,且被动红外穿透力弱,人体的红外辐射很容易被遮挡,使得红外传感器感应不灵敏。针对以上问题设计了一种低成本的X波段微波雷达传感器,采用串联反馈型介质振荡器的方法设计雷达前端频率源,选用噪声低的PHEMT晶体管作为振荡器的有源器件,采用高Q值、高介电常数的介质谐振器来确定振荡器的谐振频率,经过后端的信号处理电路输出变化的电平信号。测试结果表明,该微波雷达传感器能够准确检测到10 m远处移动的人,而且性能稳定,抗干扰能力强。

Abstract:At present,infrared sensor is susceptible to the interference of heat source and hot air flow.Especially in the outdoor high temperature environment,false alarm often occurs,and the passive infrared penetration is weak,the infrared radiation of human body is easily blocked,so that infrared sensor cannot be sensed.A low-cost X-band microwave radar sensor is designed to solve above problems.Test results show that the microwave radar sensor can accurately detect people moving at a distance of 10 meters,and has stable performance and strong anti-jamming ability.
