| 摘 要： | 从提高产品的设计效率和质量出发 ,介绍了在 Pro/ E2 0 0 0 i环境下 ,建立参数化典型零件库并利用该零件库实现产品自动化造型的方法及关键技术。同时 ,引入变形设计的思想 ,使该系统在自动化造型的同时 ,实现基于典型零件的变形设计功能

| Abstract: | For most enterprises, there are many typical parts that are designed and produced repeatedly. For using these typical parts more efficiently, this paper introduces the way to define parameters and relations between these parameters in Pro/E model file of these typical parts and the way to build a database using these Pro/E model files. Then, it also shows us the method to use this database and Protoolkit (the developer kit of Pro/E 2000i) to construct an automatic modeling system. Using this system, all that the designer have to do is to choose part from database and input new values of parameters in the chosen part, the system will do all other work and make a new model for the designer. The system also supports transform design based on these typical parts. |
