普通窄轨减振矿车动力学仿真分析

摘    要:利用三维建模软件UG对MGC1.7-6普通窄轨矿车和减振装置进行三维建模装配,然后将其导入仿真软件。应用ADAMS分别对普通窄轨矿车和减振矿车进行了动力学仿真,验证了减振装置的振动特性及设计的合理性。结果表明减振矿车较普通窄轨矿车具有更好的运动学、动力学特性,对减振装置应用到现行普通窄轨矿车具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The three-dimensional models of MGC1.7-6 narrow-gauge mine car and the shock absorber are set up and assembled,then the integrated model was imported into simulation software ADAMS,and the dynamic simulation was carried out.The simulation results show the design of the damping device is reasonable.This work has a reference value for the damping device applied to the existing narrow-gauge mine cars.
