《实施世界遗产公约的操作指南》重点概念解读分析--以黔东南侗族区域建筑生态环境空间研究为例

《实施世界遗产公约的操作指南》2004年版进行了相当大的调整，反映出几个重点概念：突出普遍价值，特殊类型，真实性与完整性。通过对贵州省黔东南这地域性、民族性较强的侗族村镇的空间分析，借鉴生态学理论，从侗族建筑空间和村镇发展的外部空间研究，村镇的扩张不断吞噬有限绿色空间，造成对生态安全的威胁，乱建乱搭对已有环境生态空间的威胁等方面解读重点概念。

An Explanation on Key Concepts of Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of World Heritage Convention--The Example of Ecological Environmental Space of the Dong Nationality Area in Southeast of Guizhou

The last revised 2004 version of Operational Guidelines for the implementation of World Heritage Convention differs from the current version in many ways, through the space analyses on the area characteristics of the southeast of Guizhou Province and Dong nationality villages characteristic, which have stronger national spirit, drawing on the experience of ecological theory and from the study between the national building space of the ecological environment and the external space of the villages' development, this article pays attention to the expansion of the villages, and the swallowing of the limited green space, which creates threat to the safety of ecological environment and the threat to the ecological space of the existed environment because of construction and building at random.
