| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚酯生产真空系统的组成及特点,并对真空系统运行状况的表征方法进行了分析和总结。结合真空理论,重点分析了在聚酯生产过程中真空状况的各种影响因素,如:喷射泵组抽气能力、液环泵系统、真空通道、EG喷淋冷凝系统、系统严密性等。结合生产实践经验,提出了聚酯缩聚反应真空状况的日常维护及故障的处理方法。

| Abstract: | The composition and characteristics of polyester production vaccum system were introduced.The characterization methods of vaccum system operation situation was analysed and summarized.Combination with the vaccum theory,the factors that have effect on the vaccum situation in polyester production process such as the jet pump group suction capacity,liquid ring pump system,vaccum channel,EG spray condensation system,system tightness were analysed.According to the experiences in the practical production,the routine maintenance and faults treatment methods of polyester polycondensation vaccum situation were put forward. |
