摘    要:介绍了高Nb X80管线钢在1%,2%,3%环向应变低温时效表现出的较高屈强比以及较差力学性能,在管线钢的后续应用中带来了很多安全隐患.通过试验的方法,在650℃下对母材进行高温预回火50 min后应变时效发现,高温预回火能提高强度的同时,也能降低屈强比,从而提高了X80管线钢的综合力学性能,为研究高Nb管线钢的应变时...

Abstract:It introduced the higher yield ratio and the worse mechanical property of X80 pipeline steel with high Nb after 1%,2% and 3% circumferential strain at low temperature,which caused a lot of safety risks in subsequent application of pipeline steel.Pre-tempering was conducted in base material at 650 ℃ for 50 min(strain aging),it found that high temperature pre-tempering can increase strength,but at the same time it also can reduce yield ratio,so it can improve comprehensive mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel,this will be helpful to research strain aging and its rule of pipeline steel with high Nb.
