活性炭吸附法处理废水的数学模型

摘    要:针对活性炭处理电镀工业废水的吸附过程,运用导数的实际意义建立了描述废水的质量浓度的相对变化率和活性炭的相对变化率的微分方程模型.本模型解决了活性炭吸附法处理废水过程中需要考虑的几个问题,如活性炭的投加量、活性炭达到吸附平衡时所需的时间及废水中金属离子去除率的问题等,对实际工艺过程具有很好的指导作用.

Abstract:This paper is aimed at absorption treatment by activated carbon for electroplating effluent and established a differential equations model which introduces the rate of change of wastewater concentration and dosage of activated carbon by derivate meaning in practicality.This model solves some quantities relative to wastewater treatment,such as dosage of activated carbon,removal rate and absorption time,etc,which plays a guiding role in the course of practical process.
