摘    要:球齿轮的几何模型及其齿廓曲面方程是对其进行实体建模、有限元分析、齿廓曲面特征分析、运动学及其动力学分析等的基础,但目前相关的研究工作没有深入进行。从渐开线环形齿球齿轮的形成原理出发,提出了一种不同于文献[1]的几何模型构建方法;详细研究了各分块齿侧曲面及其母线在统一中心直角坐标系下的参数方程,导出了各分块曲面的参数方程,所得各项研究结果对相关研究的进一步深入展开具有重要参考意义。

Abstract:The spherical gear geometry modeling and its tooth flank equation are the foundations of its physical entity modeling,finite element analysis,tooth flank geometry characteristic analysis,kinematics and dynamics analysis and so on. However there is no deep research work on such gears until now. Starting from studying the principium of the involute spherical gear, we have brought forward a different geometry modeling method in this paper from the previous paper ;and then, after detailedly researching on the segmental surfaces over teeth parameter equation and its generatrix parameter equation in one uniform center coordinates - oxyz, we have gotten the parameter equations of segmental curve surfaces. Results from this paper will be useful for further research.
