析企业财务风险与管控

财务风险是一种特殊的风险表现形式,伴随企业生产经营全过程,且不可能完全消除或回避。企业如何优化内部财务管理,管控和降低企业财务风险,是企业生存发展的关键问题之一,也是企业经营管理主体要面对和研究解决的一个主要问题。文章通过阐释财务风险概念、类型,分析了各类财务风险的成因,探讨了如何对各类财务风险进行管控,以期为企业的财务风险管理提供参考。

Enterprise Financial Risk and Control

The financial risk is a special expression form of the risk, along with the whole process of pro-duction and operation of the enterprise, and could not be eliminated or avoided.How to optimize the en-terprise internal financial management, control and reduce the enterprise financial risk, is one of the key issues of the enterprise survival and development, and also is a major problem of the enterprise manage-ment main body to face and thrash out.In this paper, through the interpretation of financial risk concept and type, the causes of all kinds of financial risks are analyzed, and how to control all kinds of financial risks is discussed, so as to provide reference for the financial risk management of enterprises.
