摘    要:对1号机组在调试过程中出现的轴承烧瓦、轴振较大、低压转子轴承金属温度偏高等问题进行分析,认为轴承自定位性能较差,汽封与转子碰磨,5号、6号轴承设计标高偏高是故障的主要原因,提出更换新瓦,控制冲转参数,降低5号、6号轴承标高等处理措施,说明处理效果,并提出相应建议。

Problems Analysis and Treatment During Commissioning of 350 MW Supercritical Unit
Abstract:After analysis on shaft hearing buring, large shaft vibration, high temperature of low-pressure rotor hearing metal of No.1 unit during commissioning, this paper indicates that the main causes are worse shaft self-localization per- formance, the rub of the seal and the rotor, high design level of No. 5 and No. 6 shafts, proposes the settlements, such as replacement of the new bearing, turning parameter control, lowering bearing level, explains the settlements effects, and proposes the corresponding suggestions.
