一株抗铅细菌的筛选及鉴定

摘    要:重金属铅对环境和人类危害极大,有些微生物具有耐受性,可用于治理环境中的铅。从电镀厂附近的土壤中分离、筛选出一株可抗Pb2+浓度达2000mg/L的菌株FP 2000,该菌经过革兰氏染色,在显微镜下观察确定为短棒状革兰氏阴性菌,最适合的生长条件为:温度34-40℃,p H值4-6。并对该菌株16S r DNA进行测序,分析测序结果后鉴定了该菌种为克雷伯氏菌。为进一步研究微生物抗铅机理奠定基础。

Abstract:From soil of an electroplate factory,a bacterial strain with high efficiency of resisting lead was found,which can resist a high concentration(2000mg/L) Pb2+,and was named as FP2000 in this study.By the comparison between growth conditions and lead resistance,the optimum resistance conditions were determined,which temperature was 37-40℃ and p H was 5.0-7.0.Based on the result of 16 S r DNA sequences,this strain was identified as Klebsiella.The foundations is laid for the further study on mechanism of microbial resistance to lead.
