| 摘 要： | 生产技能人员是供电企业改革发展的一支重要生力军。建设生产技能人员实训基地,对于开展生产技能人员职业能力培训、提升职业能力水平、促进企业科学发展具有重要的意义。文章在简要介绍供电企业生产技能人员实训基地的建设背景的基础上,深入探讨了供电企业生产技能人员实训基地的建设思路,并介绍了笔者所在地市级供电企业生产技能人员实训基地建设与应用的实践。

| Abstract: | Production skill personnel are an important force in the power supply enterprise reform and de-velopment.Constructing production skill personnel training base has the vital significance to develop pro-duction skill personnel professional ability training, enhance the level of professional ability, and promote the scientific development of enterprise.In this paper, based on the brief introduction of the construction background of the power supply enterprise production skill personnel training base, its construction thought is probed and the practice of construction and application in the local municipal power supply en-terprise is introduced. |
