梅山选矿重大试验研究与技术改造

摘    要:为了提高资源利用水平,改善铁矿选矿指标,梅山铁矿开展了弱磁-强磁降磷工艺试验、尾矿浓缩试验等多项研究,完成了破碎筛分工艺优化、YMT-75型大粒度跳汰机应用等技术改造.通过试验研究和工艺升级,装备水平大幅度提升,技术经济指标显著提高,矿石处理能力由126万t/a扩大到400万t/a,铁精矿铁品位由52.91%提高到57.24%.并提出了加快开发资源,增强发展潜力;继续优化磨矿和选别工艺参数,提高生产效率;推进尾矿利用产业化,实现可持续发展;开展低品位矿石开发研究,促进资源综合利用等建议.
