基于CPLD的旋转编码器接口电路设计及应用

摘    要:介绍一种基于CPLD的高精度旋转编码器信号处理电路设计,电路简单,能与多种CPU接口。该设计包括四倍频、方向鉴别,双向计数器、与CPU接口等电路,给出了相关VHDL源代码、顶层连接图以及时序仿真结果,能应用于角度测量、位移测量、高度测量等,在控制领域也有广泛应用价值。

Abstract:This paper presents a design method of high-precision rotary encoder signal processing circuit based on CPLD .This circuit is simple and easily to interface with other CPU. It includes circuit of quadrant, direction of identification, tow-way counter, interface with CPU, etc. in this design.
