菏泽电厂1号汽轮机组轴承振动诊断及处理

介绍了菏泽发电厂1号汽轮机组2号轴承振动异常的诊断过程及处理方法。从2002年10月2号轴承振动异常到2006年5月对转子加平衡块,经过了3年多不断地分析和处理,从增加轴承座动刚度着手,将2号轴振控制在报警值以下,基本上解决了2号轴承振动故障。

DIAGNOSIS OF BEARING VIBRATION ON UNIT NO.1 IN HEZE POWER PLANT

The diagnosis process and disposal method of abnormal vibration on bearing no.2 of unit no.1 in Heze Power Plant has been presented. From abnormal vibration occurred on bearing no.2 in October, 2002 to additionally installing balance weight onto the rotor in May, 2006, through continuous analysis and disposal during the time of more than three years, and starting with increasing dynamic stiffness of the bearing pedestal, the vibration of bearing no.2 has been controlled to below the alarm value and the vibration trouble of bearing no.2 being basically solved.
