纳米级氧化锌铝的导电性能研究

摘    要:采用非均相成核法,在氢氧化锌的晶种上均匀生长A1掺杂的氢氧化锌,制备出纳米氧化锌铝粉末,并用X—ray对其结构进行表征,结果表明少量氧化铝在氧化锌中形成了固溶体。对影响电阻性能的因素如掺杂浓度、pH、水与乙醇比(体积比,下同)、烧成温度等进行正交实验设计,并利用人工神经网络对实验结果进行优化。

Abstract:Adopting the non-homogeneous phase nucleared method,the Al-dipped Zn(OH)_2 is grown evenly on the Zn(OH)_2 crystal seed,the nano-AZO is obtained and its structure is characterized by X-ray.The results show that a few aluminum oxide is formed into solid solution in zinc oxide.The influence factors,such as dipping concentration ,pH,the ratio of water/alcohol(volume),calcining temperature on the electric resistance are tested by orthogonal design,and also the test results are optimized by artificial nerve network.
