| 摘 要： | 通过金属磁记忆法检测应力,提供热轧开平板分别在振动消应、一次校平消应、二次校平消应、三次校平消应、一次校平＋喷砂消应、直接喷砂消应等不同工艺措施后的消应效果。比对热轧板的内应力,选择一次校平＋喷砂工艺为热轧开平板的消应校平工艺。
