| Abstract: | Along with the development of housing market, the design styles of residential areas become diversified according to the market demand. The European style is one of the styles welcomed by the market. Together with meeting functional requirements, the design of Zhonghaiyayuan Residential Area takes the architecture features into consideration and its landscape creation becomes one of the models in Beijing. |
